Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase of our Products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only credits bought are eligible for refund, if you have received any service against those credits, we won’t be able to refund it.
To request a refund please write us at care@simnder.com from your reg. email address.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced credit packages may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
